The Deepest Form of Relaxation, author Festus George-Sawyerr has been goal orientated and always on the go, always looking for the next level, never felt settled and comfortable, always setting the next goal as soon as the current one nears completion, pushing himself all the time.
With this mindset, he felt under pressure most of the time and with that comes stress and the complaints of never having enough time. He was like burning the candles at both ends, and come to realize that this was what life is about.
This physical and mental pressure has resulted in him writing The Deepest Form of Relaxation. He discovered that regular floating made him a healthier and happier person. He said goodbye to a stressful lifestyle, under exercising and reinforced his body’s capacity for happier thoughts, healing, and good sleeping patterns which helps stimulates and sharpens his mind, with the understanding that our inner feelings determines what we look like on the outside.
